• Airport pickup and drop via private vehicle

• Three nights twin or double sharing deluxe lodging facility including breakfast in Kathmandu
• Fun sightseeing tour with a guide via private vehicle in Kathmandu with entry fee
• Kathmandu-Syabrubensi-Kathmandu via public bus (You have the option to drive via private vehicle which will be subject to additional charge)
• Entry fee for Langtang national park along with Trekkers' Management System (TIMS card)
• One porter for two trekkers (Their salary, lodging, food, transport, and insurance )
• Licensed guide proficient in English (Their salary, lodging, food, transport, and insurance )
• Accommodation facility throughout the trekking journey
• Main meals of a day with tea and coffee throughout the trek
• Government and local taxes where applicable as per itinerary
• First aid kit
• Down jackets, T-shirt, cap, sleeping bag, duffle bags, city, and trekking route maps available from Trekking planners if required
• Emergency Evacuation service arrangement (Mandatory insurance need for this and will be paid by your travel insurance company)
• Oximeter to check pulse and oxygen saturation as well as heart rate twice daily throughout the trek (this is to check if you have Altitude Mountain Sickness symptoms). This is to make your trek the safest.
