We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide our customers with flexibility and understanding when it comes to cancellations. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy in place that outlines the terms and conditions of canceling a tour package.

1.     Cancellation by the Customer:

If you need to cancel your tour package, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:

·       If the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date, we will refund 90% of the total tour package cost.

·       If the cancellation is made between 15 and 29 days prior to the departure date, we will refund 50% of the total tour package cost.

·       If the cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the departure date, no refund will be provided.


2.     Cancellation by Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option of an alternative tour package of equal value or a full refund of the tour package cost.

3.     Changes to Itinerary:

If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that additional charges may apply.

4.     No Show:

If you fail to show up for your tour package without prior notification, no refund will be provided.

We highly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their tour package.
