Manang is a famous but remote and lovely district situated in the Gandaki zone of north-central Nepal. It is also a more significant part of the Annapurna Conservation area, a splendid region well known for its lovely landscapes, trekking and tall mountains. It is situated between the great peaks of Manang and Manaslu; this district is a mixture of rich culture, natural loveliness, and adventure. It is also situated at significant altitude gains from 1800 to 8000 meters, well above sea level; Manang lies at 3500 meters. This lovely district is also enclosed by some of the most enormous mountains of the globe, like Pisang Peak, Gangapurna, Annapurna II, III, and IV and Tilicho Peak; it is one of the world's largest lakes at the site of 4,919 meters. The climate in the district also varies depending on the altitude. The low area has a temperate climate, while more extensive regions are full of dryness and chill. Winters are tough with heavy snowfall, which separates from the rest of Nepal, making travel virtually difficult for months in a year. The more minor summer season is when most trekkers and travellers visit, as the weather is very clear for outdoor outings.
