After enjoying a fine breakfast, you will go sightseeing through a great day, beginning with the most excellent Hindu religious site, Pashupatinath Temple. This holy Hindu shrine, situated at the Bagmati River's banks, is one of the most sacred and best Hindu shrines dedicated to the almighty Lord Shiva. Here, you can observe and feel thousands of devotees' rituals, last rites, and ceremonies, experiencing the in-depth spiritual atmosphere surrounding the temple's sacred grounds. Following your visit, you will also go to the sacred Boudhanath Stupa, one of the world's largest Buddhist stupas. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a central Tibetan Buddhism site in Nepal, and it is surrounded by a fabulous mandala and a vibrant atmosphere filled with many colour prayer flags and chanting of sacred hymns.
Upon the great break, the tour continues through the fine Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, on a hill offering panoramic views of Kathmandu. This ancient site is also home to several decorated stupas, shrines, and playful monkeys, making it a rare and great place to explore and feel. Your final stop for the day will be Patan Durbar Square, a historical area renowned for its marvellous art, architecture, temples, and numerous cultural lives.
