DAY 1

Reach Kathmandu (1400 meters)

As you reach Kathmandu, you will be received by our representative at the airport, who will help you to get to the hotel. Afterward, the trek leader or guide will brief you about the trekking journey, about the food, lodging, dos and don’ts of the trek, and clear your confusions.

DAY 2

Fun sightseeing tour at Kathmandu

On this day, we head out to explore the major tourist attractions in Kathmandu that hold both cultural and historical importance. After eating a hearty breakfast, we start our tour. We visit places like the monkey temple (Swayambhunath), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square via private vehicle accompanied by a guide.

The time remaining after the tour can be used for further exploration and shopping at Thamel as well as trek preparation.

DAY 3

Kathmandu-Pokhara (950 meters) via drive; five to six hours

After eating breakfast, we go to Pokhara via private vehicle from Kathmandu. We get to enjoy the scenic beauty of the landscape of west Nepal: the hills, landscapes, rivers, and forests. You also have the choice to take a scenic flight to Pokhara, which will save you time. You will be transferred to the hotel as soon as we reach Pokhara. We can stroll around the Phewa Lake in our leisure time. Overnight stay at Pokhara.

DAY 4

Head to Nayapul(1100 meters) via drive and trek to Tikhedhunga (1450 meters)

On this day, our trekking journey officially begins. After a hearty breakfast, we drive to Nayapul first and then start walking. We will see many people, the locals, travelers, mules, as well as donkeys along the trekking path. We first reach the Bhirethanti village and then the route of old trans-Himalayan trade; we pass many farm villages as well as waterfalls till we reach Tirkhedhunga. We reach Ulleri after climbing up for two hours. This will be a five- to six-hour walk.

DAY 5

Move to Ghorepani (2874 meters); six to seven hours

We will have a strenuous walk on this day as we move up on a steep climb for around two hours. We walk along the stone-filled steps till Ulleri and then across rainforests with some ascends and descends. We finally get to Ghorepani as we move along different terrains and lush green forests of rhododendron. Overnight stay in Ghorepani.

DAY 6

Ghorepani - Poonhill and trek to Tadapani (2630 meters); seven hours

We hike to Poon Hill on this day to enjoy the view of the sunrise alongside the amazing view of the Himalayas, Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri, along with Manaslu. We get back to Ghorepani to get breakfast. We walk along the rhododendron forest as we follow the upper ridge. We move downhill across a temperate rain forest and then a steeper path to reach Bhanthanti; we get lunch here. We reach Tadapani after an uphill climb. Tadapani has a rhododendron forest with magnolias and oaks. We can enjoy the views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South here.

DAY 7

Tadapani - Chomrong (2170 meters); five to six hours

We move along the downhill trail through a rhododendron and oak jungle with views of Annapurna time and again. The walk will be very quaint as we get to Kimrong Khola for lunch. We move uphill for around one to two hours. The walk gets easier as we move to the ridge top.

DAY 8

Chomrong - Dovan (2600 meters); six hours

We head down to Chomrong Khola and then get to Khuldighar (2380 meters). There will be clearing in the jungle, and then we ascend up a rock bank and then walk along the bamboo-filled path at the base of the gorge. We walk a steep path to reach Dovan.

DAY 9

Dovan - Deurali (3200 meters); four hours

We walk past rhododendron forests following the Modi River to reach the Himalaya Hotel (2920 meters). We take a lunch break and then move to Hinku Cave. We walk up, moving along the forest path to get to Deurali (3200 meters).

DAY 10

Move to Annapurna Base Camp (4130 meters); three to four hours

We go to the Annapurna Base Camp on this day as we walk uphill for some hours along the snowy trail. The trail has to offer marvelous views of the Annapurna ranges, so the journey today will feel amazing as we get to a higher elevation. We finally reach Annapurna Base Camp; it has few teahouses. We can enjoy the natural surroundings and the scenery.

DAY 11

Head to Bamboo; around six hours

After having a great time at Annapurna, we head to Bamboo, where we enjoy the serenity of the mountains along our way and witness the green vegetation. We walk downhill with only some ascents to reach Bamboo. Here we stay overnight.

DAY 12

Bamboo - Jhinu Danda (1760 meters) en route Chomrong; around five to six hours

On this day, we ascend to Sinuwa early in the morning. We move down to a bridge and then walk up to Chomrong. After a short break here, we walk uphill and then move down to Jhinu Danda. We can explore the hot springs in Jhinu and even savor the time bathing here. Overnight stay at Jhinu Danda.

DAY 13

Jhinu Danda - Pokhara (827 meters); five hours

On this day, we will have an easy walk relative to the walks we had on other days. We first reach Nayapul en route to Birethanti and then get to Pokhara en route to Nayapul. We will go boating in Fewa Lake in the evening, and we can go to the Tal Barahi temple, which resides on a small island at the lake.

DAY 14

Sightsing tour in Pokhara

After having breakfast, we go for a sightseeing tour in Pokhara. We will be accompanied by an experienced professional tour guide to assist us. We visit the major tourist spots like Davis Fall, Bindabasini Temple, Gupteshwor Cave, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Seti River Gorge, International Mountain Museum, and World Peace Pagoda on this sightseeing tour via private vehicle.

Overnight stay at the hotel inclusive of breakfast. 

DAY 15

Pokhara to Kathmandu via drive

After eating breakfast, we head back to Kathmandu; this will be around a six- to seven-hour drive. Note that you have the option to extend this trip; you can choose to continue to the Chitwan jungle safari or rafting or the Kathmandu valley tour or the Everest flight or even mountain biking. 

DAY 16

Bid farewell to Nepal

Your journey concludes now. Our representative will transfer you to the airport, from where you leave for your country or your next travel destination. Thank you for traveling with us.
