Farewell to Nepal

Return Kathmandu (1350 meters); thirty-five minutes flight

DAY 4

Namche to Phakding and then to Lukla; six to seven hours, 16 kilometers

DAY 5

Pheriche to Namche (3440 meters); seven to eight hours, 13 to 15 kilometers

DAY 6

Gorakshep to Kalapatthar (5545 meters) and then to Pheriche (4320 meters); five to six hours, 12 to 13 kilometers

DAY 7

Lobuche to Gorakshep (5180 meters) and then Everest Base Camp (5364 meters) to Gorakshep; six to eight hours, 15 kilometers
