The Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek is an extraordinary path adventure, taking trekkers through some of Nepal's most remote and unphased regions. As the third-highest mountain in the world, Mount Kanchenjunga stands at 8,586 meters and dominates the trek, offering dramatic scenes and a happy Himalayan experience. The journey winds through the small town of Suketar in the great eastern part of Nepal through picturesque villages, dense forests, and full alpine meadows. The route travels all through the heart of the Kanchenjunga Conservation Area, home to diverse wildlife like red pandas, snow leopards, Himalayan tahr, and other rich flora. Along the way, trekkers experience the great culture of the great ethnic communities, including the great community sects of the Limbu, Rai, and Sherpa peoples, who maintain a traditional way of life far removed from the modern world.
