Chulu West Peak Climbing

Ascent to Chulu West Peak (6419m/21,055ft) and make the dream of peak ascending in one of the loveliest regions (the Annapurnas) come true. You will find two Chulu Peaks Namely East and West. This set is for the Chulu West Peak Climbing.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel (1,300m/4,264 ft)

After you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, we will welcome you and take you to hotel. There you can either rest or travel around in the city. In the evening, we will organize a welcome dinner introducing you will delicious Nepalese cuisine.


Day 2: Kathmandu: Exploration and Preparation

In the morning, we begin a guided tour to some of the most antique and divine attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these benchmarks are measured World Heritage Sites; that includes the notable Durbar Square, holy Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous Swayambhunath and Buddhists monument BouddhaNath. Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Syange/Jagat (1100m/3608 ft)

Day 4: Trek Syange/Jagat to Dharapani (1,960m/6,430ft)

Day 8: Manang: Rest

Day 9: Manang to Leder (4200m/13,776ft)

From Manang, we move over alpine sceneries with high altitude plants and jungles. A slow ascent brings us to Yak Kharka and then to our today's site. Our today's campsite part is most utilized as the alpine meadow by the native people.


Day 10: Leder to Chulu West Base Camp (4900m/16,072ft)

Today, we start trek from Leder to Chulu West Base Camp. From the Base Camp, we can relish the sights of Annapurna Himalayas. We can even travel around the nearby areas. Here, we will arrange our camp for night stay.


Day 11: Chulu West base camp to camp I (5100m/16,728ft)

From the Chulu Base Camp, we endure climbing to Camp I. The way is not that practical. But it would be well to think of that we are ascending on high elevations. At this stage, we pleasure the wonderful sights of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri foothills that includes Manaslu, Gangapurna and Lamjung Himal.




Day 12: Rest & Acclimatization at Camp I

Day 13: Camp I to Camp II (5,530m/18,143ft)

Day 15: Camp I to Leder

From Camp I, you get back the way go downhill all the way to Leder. While getting down, we adore the panoramic sights of the Annapurnas and other mountains. We will be spending night at Leder and celebrate the summiting of Chulu West Peak.


Day 16: Contingency Day

There is no such assurance that we can get pretty a perfect weather on our deliberate day for the summit. So, this day is used as a possibility in case if we not able to summit the Chulu West Peak on the arranged day due to bad conditions or some other details. Occasionally someone in the group is likely have some problems in adapting to make the ascent. This day can be utilized in that state also. If the trip goes easily, we do not require this extra day.

Day 17: Leder to Thorong Phedi (4450m/14,596ft)

Now, we clear-out the base camp and move for Thorong Phedi. It is likely to be generally a relaxed way walk downward. Yet, we should remember that we are still in high elevation part.


Day 18: Thorong Phedi - Thorong Pass [5416m/17,765ft] - Muktinath [3,800/12,467ft]-Jomsom [2,715m/8,910ft]

Day 19: Jomsom to Pokhara by flight

After morning breakfast, we return to Pokhara. After arriving at Pokhara airport, our guide will take us to hotel where you can rest in the afternoon for seeing the beautiful Pokhara gorge relaxing. While hiking sideways the bank of Fewa Lake one of the major lake of Nepal, we cannot stop approving the state of Fish Tail Mountain shimmering in the lake. We can also enjoy a boat everywhere the Fewa Lake.


Day 20: Drive back to Kathmandu

After early morning breakfast, we get back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. In Kathmandu, we will be accompanied to our hotel. You can spend the evening taking or shopping. Lastly, we rejoice dinner in cooperation with Hop Nepal 's trekking operator.


Day 21: Final Departure

Today we will be going back to our place. Hop Nepal representative will drop us to the airport around 3 hours earlier our arranged flight.
