Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m /4,264 ft)

Day 2: Kathmandu: exploration and training

Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu-Suketar (2,420m/7938ft), trek to Lalikharka (2265m/7,431ft)

From Kathmandu, we will be flying to Suketar which is situated in the eastern area of Nepal. It is an instantaneous up and down on a path that frequently crosses over luxurious green woodlands throughout Lalikharkha.  




Day 4: Lalikharka-Khesewa (2120m/6,955ft)

After breakfast, we start our journey to Khesewa. It is generally a relaxed descent till Phundrawa. From here we start our mounting. It is a sheer ascent till Yangpang from where we ascent gradually up till Phumphe Danda trailed by additional climb to Khesewa. Our journey will be via woodlands and tiny communities.


Day 5: Khesewa to Mamankhe (1785m/5,856ft)

After breakfast, we start our journey to the Kabeli Khola. Then, we move on a trail that passes over woodlands earlier passing a small river. Throughout the journey, we delight wonderful sights of the Himalayan mountains while also crossing over some stunning small communities.


Day 6: Mamankhe to Yamphudin (2080m/6824ft)

Day 13:  Sele La to Ghunsa (3,595/11,794)

Day 15: Kambachen to Lhonak (4,780m/15,682ft)

We then pass a bridge towards Ramtang monastery. Then come over a landslide spot which we should pass via a stable step earlier descending to the stream and lastly reaching at Lhonak.  


Day 16:  Kanchenjunga base camp, overnight at Pangpema (5,143/16,873ft)

From Lhonak, we walk to the Kanchenjunga Base Camp. Our path is combined with the huge Kanchenjunga Glacier. After crossing Pangpema we go downhill on the way to the Kanchenjunga Base Camp. The sight from the base camp is astonishing. Mt. Kanchenjunga, Jannu Himal and other Himalayan mountains major views to esteem. We move to Pangpema to spend the night. 


Day 17: Pangpema to Lhonak

From Pangpema we return our moves towards Lhonak.


Day 18: Lhonak to Ghunsa (3475m/11,400ft)

From Lhonak, we descend all the way to Ghunsa via Kambache. It is the similar way we took when we were ascending.


Day 19: Ghunsa to Amjilosa (2,308m/7,572ft)

From Ghunsa, we go downhill on the way to Phale. We cross via different Manes and a hermitage near. We hike via Juniper woodlands and arrive Phale. From here, it is a stable lineage towards Gyabla. We pass a bridge on Chhundatangka Khola to arrive Gyabla. As we start our journey, we can view a waterfall near. We also pass a suspension bridge on Sumbung Khola earlier arriving Amjilosa.


Day 20: Amjilosa-Chirwa (1,270m/4,166ft)

After hiking for some time, we can view a stunning waterfall near. We start our journey and cross a tiny defrayal of Solima earlier passing a suspension bridge on Ghunsa Khola. We pass additional suspension bridge via Ghunsa Khola and arrive Sukathum. Our path crosses via different communities and is alongside Thunsa Khola at first trailed by Tamor Nadi earlier arriving Chirwa.


Day 21: Chirwa to Phurumbu (1,549/5,082ft)

We can see that the defrayal begins to get heavier as we move downward. Our path is together with luxurious plants. We cross via different communities earlier arriving Sinwa. From here we start to move downward and pass a bridge on the Sisne Khola. Now we are in the Pathibhara Trek path. We cross via another community and pass another suspension bridge this time on the Yaphre Khola to arrive Phurumbu.



Day 22: Phurumbu to Suketar

Our Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek finishes today. We can have an essential break after arriving Suketar. We start our hike on the Pathibhara Trek path. 


Day 23: Fly to Kathmandu

We can devote the complete day with rest, packing and memento shopping for treasured ones. We can also travel anywhere we desire in Kathmandu. We will be having farewell dinner in the evening to rejoice the fruitful achievement of our Kanchenjunga Circuit Journey.


Day 24: Final departure

Today we will drop you to the airport and you will be going back to your place.
