Kathmandu Valley and Bardia National Park Tour include a mixture of cultural tours and natural world activities. The tour starts from Kathmandu Valley, exploring World Heritage Sites. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)
We will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu and take you to the hotel. There you can relax or travel around. In the evening, you will enjoy welcome dinner organized by Hop Nepal where you will be served with delicious Nepalese cuisine.
Day 2: Exploring around Kathmandu
After early morning breakfast, you will be exploring different places of Kathmandu that includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, and Bouddhanath.
Day 3: Travelling around Patan and Bhaktapur and sunset views from Nagarkot
Mentioned in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Patan Durbar Square consists of wide range of ancient arts and architecture. We also travel around Bhakatpur, an enticing city with a true resident existence conserved for more than centuries of segregation from the busy city Kathmandu. There you can adore the beauty of the Nyata-Pola Temple, the Golden Gate, water spouts and the 55 Window Palace which combine mutually offering an environment of an enchanted outside theater to its guests.
We also dip ourselves in the true fragility of the residents in Bhaktapur. Then move towards Nagarkot, a community famous for its sunrise and sunset sights of the Himalayas and relish remarkable sunset sights amongst the Himalayas.
Day 4: Fly to Nepalgunj, drive to Bardia National Park (300m/1000ft)
In the morning, we relish wonderful sights of the sunrise amongst the Himalayas. After having breakfast, we head towards the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and take a flight towards Nepalgunj, situated in western Nepal. There, we move towards the Bardia National Park and enter to the resort. After lunch, we travel around authentic Tharu community and explore Bardia National Park visitor center and outing its crocodile farm.
Day 5: Bardia National Park
After early morning breakfast, we board profound into the forests on foot. We will be escorted by a nature guides and porter. The moist forests of Bardia is residents to a lot of wild animals that consists of Asian elephant, one horn rhinoceros, dotted deer, hog deer, woofing deer, samber, swamp deer, black buck, wild boar, royal Bengal tiger, leopard, golden jackal, striped hyena and others. You can also find towers (Machan) at various places inside the forest where we can wait for unsuspecting wildlife. Our skilled nature guide will assist us track the natural world. After the forest trip, we get back to our resort and relish dinner and participate in the traditional Tharu dance.
Day 6: Bardia National Park
After breakfast and driving for an hour we reach Chisapani, a community situated on the Karnali River. We get on our wildlife sighting tour on a Safari float which is an enjoyable way to feel and the rivers and flora and fauna of western Nepal. We will be escorted by a proficient guide, suitable for turning the river without any rapids. During the voyage, we get to appreciate the attractive sub-tropical scenery together with the plenteous flora and fauna. Catching sights of wildlife satisfying their thirstiness in the huge Karnali River will be a wonderful experience.
Day 7: Drive to Nepalgunj, return to Kathmandu
In the morning, we set into view on an exciting elephant-back safari. Together with the fun, another advantage of elephant-back safari is that there is an improved chance of viewing wildlife, as the wild animals are bit scared when get on the top of their huge friend. Furthermore, riding the elephant also protects you from any probable attacks by the wild animals. The elephants generally head northwest and were likely to view deer, langoor monkeys, rhinos and boars. Afterward, we return to Nepalgunj and take a flight to Kathmandu.
Day 8: Final departure
Your journey in Nepal comes completes today. We will take you to the airport around 3 hours earlier the arranged flight.
